Trouble at NCP?

I have nothing vested in NCP, but I am SICK AND TIRED to quote Bill Cosby, of seeing Authors getting shafted (as it appears to be here-not throwing any opinion on that fire.) yet again.

How hard is it treat a business, well, like a business? A business for which you are supposedly in operation to run as a certain market?
