What burns me is the obvious DISDAIN even the owner manages to exude for her own authors and consumers. I'll leave you to form your own opinion.
I have heard over and over of authors having problems with this company, and have stayed away, but when readers have valid complaints, and are then told to suck it up by the owner.... *sigh* Read if you care to. It all makes my stomach hurt.
