Ms. Castilleja portrays her characters with sensitivity and precision, and the reader happily follows as she leads them through their trials to the HEA. Her secondary characters enhance her hero and heroine and yet have their place in this series.
That I missed the opening book has not detracted from my enjoyment and involvement with Bram, Selene and the rest of her cast. All it had achieved is my desire to find and read Diana's first book.
