New Texas Driving Laws

These go into affect TOMORROW 9/1!!!

Here's the update:

• All persons in a vehicle MUST now wear seatbelts. Rear seat included.
• Absolutely no talking/texting (phone) in school zones. (That one seems like a 'duh' to me, but I guess people need to be reminded that THERE ARE KIDS IN THOSE ZONES!)
• Young drivers can NOT talk or text at all within the state of Texas. Young drivers by insurance standards is anyone 16-25. This one has high fines attached to it. Warnings are NOT likely.
